I switch between shield+sword and dual wielding. I found 2 other blades sword which I improved to legendary and enchanted with enchantments I liked (1 with Fiery Soul Trap + absorb health, the other 1 with electrical damages + absorb stamina). Two of those quests will be linked to Morrowind and Oblivion. I use the blades armor, improved to legendary (with several enchantments), but not dragonsbane. That will include new questlines, weapons and armor when it launches on November 11.
